Cultural Heritage Preservation

Cultural Heritage Preservation

We safeguard Zambia's folklore and both tangible and intangible cultural heritage to protect and promote the diverse ethnic groups of our nation. Our work includes documenting traditions, preserving artifacts, and maintaining cultural sites.

Cultural Programs

Cultural Programs

We coordinate the organization of festivals, traditional ceremonies, and cultural exhibitions to promote national unity and showcase Zambia's rich cultural diversity. These events serve as platforms for cultural exchange and community engagement.

Cultural Entertainment

Cultural Entertainment

We coordinate the preparation of performances and exhibitions by cultural animators to provide suitable entertainment during state and public events. Our performers showcase traditional dances, music, and artistic expressions.

Cultural Industry

Cultural Industry

We coordinate the development of cultural industry to enhance creativity for sustainable human development. This includes supporting artisans, performers, and cultural entrepreneurs through training, funding, and market access initiatives.

Cultural Infrastructure

Cultural Infrastructure

We coordinate the development of cultural infrastructure to provide venues for cultural manifestation. This includes community cultural centers, museums, and performance spaces that serve as hubs for cultural activities and preservation.

Research and Documentation

Research and Documentation

We coordinate cultural research activities to document and archive cultural information for public access and consumption. Our team works with communities and scholars to record traditions, languages, and practices for future generations.
